Almost there

Very, very nearly finished with the new Dawn chapter.
It's frustrating to be within a few paragraphs of being done with it, and having to leave it there because it's time to go to work, but that's life in the big city, I guess.

So, tomorrow I finish up the last bit, then go back and do a full readthrough to fix typos and awkward phrasing bits (and show the last sections to my prereader; hopefully won't find too much wrong with it).

Post it Saturday, and then it'll be time to take a deep breath and dive in again, for the chapter to wrap up this section. Two big action scenes in that one, but I've had literally years to think about them by this point, so one would hope I have a fair idea of how things will play out.
