So I posted the first chapter of the Harmony story (I wanted to say 'of the Harmony spinoff' there, but that didn't seem quite right).
And... the reaction seems fairly positive. A fair number of reviews, a couple of recs, and all of my awesome Patrons were willing to toss coins in my tip jar after having read it, so yeah, seems to have gone over okay.
I shall therefore write another chapter about her. I am aware, of course, that the main thing I need to focus on is moving Taleene's story forward, so the intent with Harm at this point is to get her caught up and smoothly inserted into the larger story. To that end, everything in the side story will be aimed at achieving that, at least for now. Later, maybe she'll have the occasional separate adventure; I can see her doing secret missions on Earth, and maybe on other planets, in a way that Taleene herself can't, since she's the one in charge (sort of acting as the Riker of the piece, to Buffy's Captain Picard).
I'm very conscious of the fact that the Stargate fans aren't getting much Stargate content in this crossover of late; I need to correct that balance soon. It may be that I'll throw in a chapter of Dawn's SG:1 crossover this month, if it's at all possible, so as to give O'Neill some screen time, since it's not really doable in Harm's story at this point.
More later.
Many and Omniversal thanks to my amazing Patrons. It is largely because of their enthusiasm and support that I am able to bring you these stories. They are all amazing, and I consider it an honor and a privilege to be able to create for them.
I will never, ever betray their trust, or take their generosity for granted.
They are: Charles Jackson, Robert Walper, Lilliane Assous, Janessa Ravenwood, David Helmink, Dale, Christopher, Visitant Sierra, Rickard, Paul Millsted, Michael Cronin, Jeffrey Clemons, Ethan Barton, Jessamyn Howe, Janne Syrjakoski, Mpop, Chris Ellis, Ken Hagler, Brandon Young, Andy Rowell, Marcel, and Lauren Cash.
